Composite Packs

All packaging from PSP can be supplied as standalone e.g. cartons, crates, Correx box with dividers etc, but often the ideal solution is a composite pack, one that is made up from a mixture of materials in order to resolve a specific packaging requirement. Depending upon the product to be protected and transported, you may well require softer cushioning foam around the item itself, within a carton supported by chip foam within a timber crate.

As we have design and drop test facilities, we are able to calculate exactly what protection is required for optimum pack performance, ensuring your goods arrive in perfect condition however they may be shipped.

Our aerospace and defence packaging experience (accredited to DR-14 military packaging capability) has enabled us to successfully design and package fragile communications equipment as well as missile placements and aircraft engine sections and gearboxes.
