We hold an extensive range of commercial standard corrugated board, light, medium and heavy duty, in a wide range of weights, flutes and specifications.

As well as the standard FEFCO styles, we have designed and produced a range of non-standard shapes and sizes.

Specialist boards include black conductive ESD, wet boards, and barrier boards, impregnated, coloured and coated boards.

Corrugated is a very effective form of transit packaging that provides protection, identification, economy and performance. It can be cut and folded, glued and stitched into an infinite variety of shapes and sizes, and printed, labelled or stencilled.

PSP offer almost unlimited combinations of board types, flute sizes, paper weights, adhesive types, treatments and coatings, many held as stock items.

Corrugated is a natural, environmentally friendly material with an unbeatable record for recycling and recovery. At PSP we ensure that our supplies are from sustainable sources.

We also offer accessories such as handles, fasteners, locks, shock absorbers and indicators.

Single-Wall Corrugated Cardboard (c-flute)
More than 90% of all corrugated boxes are manufactured from this type of board. It is the most popular corrugation material used for custom boxes.

Double-Wall Corrugated Cardboard (b+c flute)
This grade is used for heavy applications, particularly in packaging for export. Double wall corrugated board should be used when stronger boxes are needed. It is excellent for stacking heavy items.

Triple-Wall Corrugated Cardboard
This grade is used for very heavy industrial applications. It is excellent for stacking heavy items. This is the board for maximum strength.

We are able to print 2 colours onto both solid board and corrugated cartons. Flexo printing allows 2 solid colours (pantone) in one pass. We also stencil for longer faster runs.
