Flight Cases

We manufacture bespoke flight cases and road trunks on-site at PSP - any quantity, any size with a choice of catches and finishes.

Traditional ply cases with a standard stucco finish or coloured laminates, or made from lighter weight Astraboard.

Cases can be compartmentalized, with lift-out drawers or trays and fully foam lined or cushioned with bespoke foam inserts.

Performance Solution Packaging can supply Flight Cases in Birch ply, astraboard, diamond board, aluminium stucco or coloured/patterned laminate finishes.

We can also provide butterfly catches, over catches, steel ball corners, swivel castors, aluminium extrusions, heavy duty recessed steel handles, and all variations of these depending upon exactly what your requirement calls for.
