PSP is one of the UK’s most experienced manufacturers and suppliers of timber crates, plywood cases, corrugated cardboard boxes, solidboard boxes, flight cases and bespoke pallets and skids. Our experience covers all fields including defence packaging, aerospace packaging, heavy engineering packaging, and export packing as well as machinery transportation and all forms of transit packaging including dangerous goods packaging. Wooden boxes and wooden crates can be solid timber or ply, heat treated, tanalised and to ISPM requirements.

Corrugated cartons, solidboard cartons – all sizes of cardboard boxes in single wall, double wall, heavy duty double wall cartons and triple wall fibreboard. We offer a pack testing and pack design service, logistics management, vendor managed inventory and on-site packaging.

We make flight cases to house instrumentation, monitoring equipment, lighting, audio, F1 and F3 components etc. Flight cases are bespoke so whatever requires packaging can be achieved. To supplement the flight cases and transit packs, we offer waterproof cases. These are almost indestructible cases which are dustproof and shockproof. We are authorized dealers for Explorer Cases.
