Solidboard Cartons

Solid board cartons are ideal for housing smaller products and items. Our solid board is produced from sustainable sources of both virgin new and re-plant stock and also from recycled fibre grades.

We stock grades from 850 micron KLCB to 2150 Micron KLCB as standard.

As well as commercial applications we supply the MoD both directly and indirectly with solidboard packaging. Our experience allows us to meet and exceed the needs requirements in Defence Standards and SPSI's e.g. 81-15.

Solid board carton designs can be enhanced and strengthened through the addition of handles, locks, fitments etc.

There are many different types of solid board in varying thicknesses and application types, being produced from sustainable sources of virgin to recycled fibres.

Solid board is most appropriate for holding the smaller items, depending on the material used depends on the functionality of the carton manufactured.

The use of solid board offers a wide range of carton styles (FEFCO Codes) and materials to choose from which can provide the ideal combination to promote and protect your product.

We are able to print 2 colours onto both solid board and corrugated cartons. Flexo printing allows 2 solid colours (pantone) in one pass. We also stencil for longer faster runs.
